One integrated technology platform

Intelligence builtinto the aircraft.

MetaMind intelligence, mission-specific design and liquid-hydrogen power are developed as one system.

The MetaVista system

Three connected layers. One mission outcome.

Input

The mission

Objective, route, duration, environment, payload, data and communications define what the system must do.

Intelligence

MetaMindâ„¢

Plans, interprets, adapts and coordinates the mission as conditions change.

Execution

Aircraft + energy

The aircraft, power platform, sensors and payload are configured to deliver the required result.

MetaMind capabilities

The intelligence behind every mission.

MetaMind is designed to simplify complex operations by connecting mission planning, aircraft decisions, sensors and communications.

Mission planning

Builds the operating plan around objectives, constraints and priorities.

Real-time analysis

Interprets incoming mission and sensor information as it arrives.

Adaptive autonomy

Responds to changing conditions while remaining aligned with the mission.

Sensor integration

Connects the payloads required to see, detect, measure or communicate.

Secure communications

Supports dependable links between aircraft, operators and mission data.

Continuous learning

Uses mission experience to improve planning and operational performance.

The power platform

Liquid hydrogen changes what is possible.

The power system supports a new class of long-range, high-endurance aircraft designed for demanding, real-world operations.

  1. More time in the airEndurance can be designed around the mission instead of a short battery cycle.
  2. Greater operating reachLonger missions can cover more territory with fewer interruptions.
  3. A cleaner path forwardThe platform is built around hydrogen as an advanced aviation energy source.

Fueling success

Leveraging strategic partnerships for liquid hydrogen supremacy.

Small-scale liquid hydrogen availability

Small quantities of LH2 are hard, if not impossible, to obtain. The team at MetaVista helped to design, with GenH2, an ultrasafe mobile hydrogen production, liquefaction, storage and dispensing solution that can now be made commercially available.

This is a significant barrier to entry, as almost all competitors are focused solely on battery technology with limited flight times.

On-board hydrogen storage

MetaVista is developing a special hydrogen storage solution for its drones based on Cryogenic Flux Capacitor (CFC) technology.

CFC is a new way to store large amounts of cryogenic fluids like hydrogen in a compact and lightweight container. It uses special materials and a heat exchanger to efficiently store and release the gas. This allows for fast charging and discharging, making it ideal for UAV applications.

Designed to work together

The mission becomes the system architecture.

01

Define

Translate the operating objective into measurable requirements.

02

Configure

Shape aircraft, energy, payload and communications around the need.

03

Guide

Use MetaMind to plan and adapt throughout the mission.

04

Deliver

Return the information, coverage or capability the mission requires.

Technology is useful when it solves the mission.
